SUMMER 2019

ISSUE IV

From the Director, Susan Stickel:
Many of you are aware of the library’s new project. What began as a dream to someday build an extended outdoor area is now a reality and is being developed into a space for the enjoyment and relaxation of all ages. The wooded land east of the library building will feature a large pavilion and a gazebo. Colorful benches will be placed under the shaded canopy of trees. Concrete walking paths will provide access to the many designated areas. A fence was constructed for safety of the children. Just for fun, an old fashioned walking log awaits those who to want to recall childhood memories or make new ones. Many features are planned, but this is a work in progress. Your continued support is greatly appreciated. On behalf of the library, we wish to thank you for your generous contributions toward helping us reach our planned goals for the library and this community.
