Board of Trustees Meeting
October 12, 2020

Minutes
President Sue Wells called the meeting to order at 5:29 pm.
Members Present Debbie Clark ( by teleconference), Stephanie Hart, Doris Heaton, Pat Hollada, Kathy Storey, and Sue Wells.
Members Absent: Chris Jerrells
Also Present: Director Susan Stickel
Motion by Doris Heaton, seconded by Stephnie Hart to approve the September board meeting minutes passed. All were in favor.
Motion by Stephanie Hart, seconded by Kathy Storey to approve the payment of bills passed. All were in favor.
Motion by Doris Heaton, seconded by Debbie Clark to approve the financial reports passed. All were in favor.

Librarian’s Report:
Maintenance:
All of the outdoor lighting is now in working order. The flag light now has new LED lighting.
Programming:
Programming remains suspended due to Covid-19 concerns.
Memorials and Donations
Susan gave a report on recent memorial brick donations and a special Reading Garden donation.
Old Business:
The donated sandstone from the old courthouse was placed recently in the garden. A thank you card has been mailed and an acknowledgement plaque has been ordered.
The Reading Garden arch is to be delivered Tuesday, the 13th of October. This will be attached to the front main gate entrance.
New Business:
Motion by Doris Heaton, seconded by Stephanie Hart to approve the bond payment on the library building passed. All were in favor.
There being no further business, motion was made by Stephanie Hart and seconded by Pat Hollada to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 pm.
