SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF TRUSTEES
MONDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2018

Doris Heaton called the meeting to order at 5:30.
Members Present: Debbie Clark, Stephanie Hart, Doris Heaton, Pat Hollada, Jake Seymour (by teleconference), Kathy Storey, & Sue Wells (by teleconference).
Also present: Henry Stickel and Director Susan Stickel
The board met to discuss the outdoor project. Concerns were voiced about the land with regard to drainage issues in the Spring. Board Trustee Debbie Clark reported contacting Earth Services for an estimate to level the area and install some type of drainage system.
Kathy Storey will contact Michael McGuire who is a Landscape Architect from Baysinger Architects in Marion, Il. She will ask him to contact Susan.
Doris Heaton motioned to adjourn at 6:35.
