BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
MARCH 8, 2021
The March 8, 2021 meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 5:30 pm by President Sue Wells.
Members Present: Debbie Clark, Doris Heaton, Pat Hollada, Kathy Storey, and Sue Wells.
Members Absent: Stephanie Hart and Chris Jerrells
Also Present: Susan Stickel, Library Director and Kim Livesay, Bookkeeper
Janet Storey and Cherri Sutherland from Watler Accounting presented the annual audit of the library. They said it was a clean audit with no problems. Motion by Doris Heaton to accept the audit as presented passed.
Kim Livesay left the meeting
Motion by Debbie Clark to approve the minutes of January 11, 2021 passed. There was no meeting in February.
Motion by Doris Heaton to pay the bills as presented passed
Motion by Doris Heaton to accept the financial report as presented passed.
Susan Stickel said the Opposing Viewpoints had been purchased for the computers and a camera and equipment was purchased for use in online programming
A new baby changing station was purchased for the ladies restroom.
The Policy Manual was revised and updated by Susan Stickel and Doris Heaton and copies were distributed to the board members. It will be approved at the April board meeting
Sue Wells will speak to a real estate person regarding possible purchase of property.
Motion by Doris Heaton to adjourn at 6:08 passed
