MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING

February 25, 2015

The special meeting was called to order by President Doris Heaton at 6:00pm.

Members Present: Doris Heaton, Sammy Kraft, Stephanie Hart, Sue Wells, and Pam Appleton.

Members absent: Linda Kraft and Jake Seymour

The meeting was called to order to discuss personnel.

The employment of full time library director was discussed. Motion by Sam Kraft to employ Susan Stickel to the position of library director at a rate to be determined for a three month probation period.

Motion passed unanimously on roll call vote.

Motion by Sam Kraft to adjourn at 7:00 passed
